On The Quiet should lead but there are a few other speedy types who can keep him honest. ON THE QUIET (7) built on a nice second two starts back at Atherton with success as favourite over this track and trip. Can make it two on the bounce. NIPPA'S NIGHTCAP (3) progressed nicely last time out to finish just a nose from the winner in second. Drops back to a winning trip and draws favourably again. Sure to be competitive. YAMABUSHI (1) made it two wins in succession last time out when scoring over 1200m at Atherton. Winning rider Lauren Guernier retains the mount. Meeting a tougher field but on current form he is capable of testing his rivals. BRASCO (2) failed to live up to market expectations last start at Townsville but has prior form that measures up. Keeping safe. SUGGESTED PLAY: Siding with On The Quiet.
