Plenty of speed from Cosmo Conferma and Happy Dun Chan. PRECIOUS DAY (2) is having his first run since October 11. Goes well when fresh with two wins and two placings from five starts. Gapped his rivals by ten lengths first-up over this course and distance last prep. Happy to stick on that basis. TAISEI ADDICT (6) turned in a better effort to finish second last start, beaten a neck over 2100m at Tokyo Dirt. Suited at the longer journey and is a leading player. HAPPY DUN CHAN (14) missed the frame last time when 15th at Kyoto Dirt. That followed a run of two wins on end. Has the pace to settle in the leading division. One of the main contenders. FIRE TRICK (16) was beaten 10 lengths into fourth at the second run back from a break over 2100m at Tokyo Dirt six weeks ago. No surprise to see him in the mix.
