Pace genuine with In And Away and Picador pressing hard closely followed by Not My Problem and Zougo Boss. HIMEROS (1) lined up for the 35th time and rewarded the patience of connections with a comfortable maiden win over 1300m at Dubbo last start. Has an incredible nine minor placings at the mile so the step up in trip is not an issue. Big chance to win again now that the penny has finally dropped. NOT MY PROBLEM (4) had an eight-week let-up before a game second over 1400m at Warren last time out. Winkers applied for the first time today. On an eight-day back-up and should be highly competitive again. ZOUGO BOSS (3) continued a long sequence of good results with a third at Armidale recently when stretched to 1900m. Goes well at the mile and the claim for Spokes brings him in nicely. IN AND AWAY (6) was poor at Beaudesert last start but the application of blinkers for the first time could spark a revival. OMIKAMI (5) was run off her legs first-up over 1000m at Gunnedah. This is a more suitable assignment. SUGGESTED PLAY: Himeros to win again.
