Amazing Duck appears a likely leader. FIT FOR BEAUTY (2) won well two back before ending up too far back most recently, closing off strongly to be 0.8L away at the finish. McDonald remains in the saddle and the rise to the mile now looks ideal. Can lob into a midfield position and go to the next level. GLORIOUS SUCCESS (4) was just fair here last start when jumping a $4.80 chance after sitting wide throughout. He's been back to the trials since where he was just fair, though he is open to improvement third-up into the campaign. Teetan rides now and if he can get back to his best figures, he'll be right in the finish. SMART FAT CAT (7) just missed in a photo finish over this course and distance 20 days ago when finishing off strongly from midfield. Purton remains in the saddle and this looks to shape similarly. Inching toward his maiden win and has to be included. AUDACIOUS PURSUIT (3) got the better of Smart Fat Cat last start and that form looks strong for this event.
