Teruken Yumi Quynh should lead and control the tempo. TAMAMO LAMP (2) resumes in a similar race to his only run last prep back on August 17 when third, beaten 2.25 lengths. Drawn to stalk the leaders. Will play a major role. A SHIN GEMMA (5) could only manage 11th when second-up last start over 2000m at this track but is yet to miss the placings when third-up. Should progress nicely into this and is among the leading players. MEISHO BISTRO (9) was out of the money when resuming from a spell last start over 2000m at this track, beaten 5 lengths. It doesn't get any easier but with added fitness he is right in contention. AMBIANCE (10) wasn't disgraced last time, finishing ninth and beaten only 3.5 lengths over 2200m at Kyoto. Has her share of talent and can do a lot better.
