TILBURY (6) stepped out on her debut over 1600m at Tokyo Dirt two months ago and finished a respectable fourth, beaten 5.5 lengths. Big chance with race experience now on board. FIXEL LILIA (16) returned from a break of two months and finished second over this course and distance last time out. Strips fitter and is expected to go well again. ASCOT VERT (12) produced a nice effort on debut in better company last start over 1600m at Tokyo Dirt when second, beaten 1.3 lengths. Will benefit from that experience so she should be in the finish. HOLD THE DAY (13) finished third last time over 1600m at Tokyo Dirt when resuming from a spell, beaten 6 lengths. Will trim down second-up. Placed to advantage and can fill another top-three spot.
