Stella Bystarlight has good early speed and can set a decent tempo. STELLA BYSTARLIGHT (8) impressed third-up, leading throughout and putting 9L on her rivals over 1400m. Peaks now, and on that effort, the step up to the mile will hold no fears. Well placed to go on with it. COLLISON (3) resumed over 1400m and was too good for his rivals, scoring by a neck. Had switched yards and is open to plenty of improvement. Among the winning hopes again. THE ACCELATOR (1) resumed a well-beaten third behind the top selection. Has more to give and keeps the handy 3kg claim. Has won and the mile sand can place again. MATRON SAMSING (4) found more like her Victorian best beaten 1L first-up behind Collison. Peaks and may have turned the corner. SUGGESTED PLAY: Stella Bystarlight is hard to go past.
