Not much early pace and doubt they will go hard. ANGEL TORQUE (3) was a dominant winner here fresh and has since tackled two hot form races. Freshened with a month and kept up to the mark with a stylish trial win. Looks very hard to beat. STARTIDE (4) was a barnstorming winner at headquarters two back and then left herself with too much to do last time, though still finished full of running. The form around him is strong with plenty of subsequent winners. Freshened with a month off, he looms as the obvious threat. CHILLCUZ (7) made it a winning stable debut at Clare before a game chasing effort at Gawler. Backs up quickly and should be hitting his straps now. THAILESS (1) struggled last time at Sandown-Lakeside but prior form measures up. Loves this trip and is worth including. MISS KERMIE (2) trialled well in readiness but never got into it first-up. Worth keeping safe in the placings. SUGGESTED PLAY: Angel Torque to win.
