Reasonable tempo with a few going forward, headed by Royal Edition. Tricky. HEROIC DELANEYS (8) missed the frame on debut then progressed nicely placing over 1400m at Gatton. Maps for the run of the race and with the extra fitness this is winnable. LINTHORPE LUCK (2) settled a long way back and impressed missing a whisker here first-up. Has a wide gate to contend with again but will have come on and can feature with average luck. Keeping the Currie-trained HIDEYOSHI (9) safe. He had good support here first-up, but raced wide for the majority and dropped right out (vet cleared). Has some gear tweaks and a senior hoop is aboard this evening. HABERFIELD (14) is hard to catch but she was well in the market here last time but disappointed. The one prior was a good effort and expect her to be ridden quieter. ROYAL EDITION (5) will race over further but is worth a betting watch on resumption. SUGGESTED PLAY: Heroic Delaneys appeals most.
