Genuine tempo with the speedy Dujour leading the way. TONIA'S DRAGON (10) was a beaten favourite here 3 weeks ago when not coping with a particularly holding track that day. She has the blinkers on this time, and more importantly, she will have Opie Bosson in the saddle. Stick with her, and follow your money. EL CHAPEAU (6) was game in defeat when finishing third fresh up at Oamaru just over a fortnight ago. He strips fitter, and is sure to be competitive again. Each way. FLAT STANLEY (1) found form at the back end of his last prep, and this lightly tried 8-year-old gelding will be keen to make up for lost time. A wide gate is no help, but with some early luck, he could run into the money. ELEGANT EXPLOSIVE (4) has not been too far away on the poly track here recently, and she is well seasoned for a return to the turf here. Include in all combinations. LITTLE BUT FIERCE (8) resumes from a spell that would have done her the world of good. She was midfield in the Warstep Stakes in April, which is good form for this. Watch closely. SUGGESTED PLAY: Tonia's Dragon can bounce back and win this. Watch out for Little But Fierce at odds.
