Cool Aza Rene and Belle Du Monde look to take it up. COOL AZA RENE (1) showed a stack of ability as a juvenile, and her recent spell will ensure that she is even stronger this season. She won a recent trial under he own steam, and will be ready to kick off her 3-year-old year on a winning note. ETERNAL LIGHT (7) was third on debut at Wingatui on a very testing track that day. She had won a trial before that, and resumes with the winkers on for the first time. She will improve on whatever she does here, but a big run would be no surprise. BELLE DU MONDE (6) won a recent trial at Ashburton very easily. Vinnie Colgan treks South for the ride, and with the advantage of the pole position, she can make her presence felt fresh up. MISS ZIGGY (5) was last seen finishing a game seventh in the G1 Sistema Stakes at Ellerslie in March. She looked in good nick when winning a recent trial and is not to be underestimated. Can win. KNIGHT GURU (3) is on debut, and any market moves are worth following. SUGGESTED PLAY: Cool Aza Rene is the one to beat. Don't risk Miss Ziggy.
