A strong tempo is assured with the debutants applying pressure to the noted on-pacers Kelpum's Keeper and Mafiosa. KELPUM'S KEEPER (3) was decent on debut here and then was on speed again when narrowly beaten. Draws well and has a handy 3kg claim. Presents fitter again, and the speedy galloper is ready to win. SPOILT ROTTEN (9) resumes and rates well. He went close at Ipswich two back and has trialled well here. The 2kg claim is handy, but the wide gate is a negative. A threat regardless. NATURALLY LIT (5) is a local on debut. His trial was good and the low barrier and 2kg claim advantage. Has the blinkers on and a bold run is likely. SPIRITOFTHEWORLD (8) resumes and did enough to debut to consider. TUESDAY (14) has a 2kg claim and is likely to show more at her third start. SUGGESTED PLAY: Backing Kelpum's Keeper.
