Expecting Adki to find the lead but there will be plenty of pressure over the sprint trip. STELLAR MADAME (6) had not managed a placing before last start but broke the maiden on the Ballarat synthetic and while this is a rise in grade, many of her rivals found their mark and are probably destined to be going around in 58 grade for the rest of their career. She at least has a bit of upside, draws low and gets in nicely after the claim. WILD IRISH ROVER (1) jumped out well ahead of the return, which is why the first-up effort was disappointing, but he improved markedly last start and finds the right race to progress again. ADKI (12) is a game old mare who always gives a sight on-speed and that is exactly why she needs to be respected in this. FLYING STRAZ (4) showed improvement second-up for the new stable and this is no tougher. RHODESIAN RED (5) will find this more to his liking and only needs to return to the form of the first two runs this prep to go awfully close. SUGGESTED PLAY: Stellar Madame each way.
