My Girl Candy and Lochmara Bay will press forward in a keen battle for the lead. LOCHMARA BAY (2) has been knocking on the door recently and was runner-up by a head on the poly track here 9 days ago. The turf is no problem, and she can get the job done this time. LUCKY FERRANDO (9) set the pace and fought on gamely for fourth fresh up on the poly track here last time out in the same race as the top pick. He has the blinkers on this time and should pick up his first win at short notice. SHAKABRAH (1) has raced his way into some good form on the poly track and split the top 2 picks in the same race last time out. With some luck from a tricky gate, he can figure in the finish again. TETBURY (4) resumes from a freshen up that would have done her the world of good. She doesn't want it too wet, and is well worth including in all combinations. OUR SALLYANN (7) won't mind returning to a turf surface, and in this field, she is good enough to run into the money. SUGGESTED PLAY: Lochmara Bay, Lucky Ferrando, and Shakabrah should be fighting out the finish again.
