Pace only fair with Melanin rolling to the lead ahead of Fang It and Bombinate. MELANIN (5) has an amazing overall record with one win from 30 starts but he constantly finds the placings. He drops back 300m for this and maybe he gets some control here. SIZZLING SUN (7) will be resuming and hasn't won for a long while. Could well get a soft run in transit for most of the way. BOMBINATE (4) is a winner here previously. That was by a dominant margin. He could be dangerous. PICCAPEPPA (6) is another who doesn't win often. However this appears more his sort of journey. ANOTHER FORTUNE (1) is a place chance if anywhere near the sort of form back down south. Bred to be wanting longer. SUGGESTED PLAY: Melanin must win one soon. Bombinate the saver.
