The pace looks strong from the outset. COSENTINO (10) has been rushing through the grades on the Awapuni poly track, leading all the way to score there last time out nearly 4 weeks ago. He is ready now for a return to a turf surface, and with Bruno Queiroz riding so well, he can complete the hat-trick. FARRAVALLO (7) has plenty of pace and should be able to lead this field. Michael McNab picks up the ride, and from a handy draw, he can take them all the way. CAITLYNS WISH (5) has won 2 of her 3 starts on this track and is at her best over this trip. She can secure a cosy run from a handy gate, and should be right in the thick of things again. MARY SHAN (9) is a talented mare resuming from a spell. She will be ready to rumble after winning the latest of 2 tune-up trials, and she would not be a shock winner. TURN THE ACE (1) resumes from a spell for a new trainer. He won the most recent of his 3 Foxton trials, and he has won twice fresh up in the past. Don't risk him. SUGGESTED PLAY: Consentino is up in grade, but capable of winning again. Watch out for Mary Shan.
