SMILE DAY (3) missed the frame on debut then progressed nicely at his second outing when in contention on the bend, finishing 2.5 lengths from the winner in second at the end of 1000m at this track. Best figures measure up. Sure to run well. MY WAY BOSS (1) faced the starter for the first time and finished eighth last start at this track over 1000m, beaten 12 lengths. Can improve sharply and is expected to feature. CAROLCHAT (2) finished 4.5 lengths from the winner in fourth last start over 1000m at this track, an improvement on his tenth on debut at this track the run before. Finds a nice race and can play a significant role. EAST BEACH (4) is a colt by Omaha Beach out of Pectoralis Major making his first appearance. Looks forward enough following a trial win with Asano Kazuya aboard. It will pay to watch for market confidence.
