Feel The Stag, Tik Tok Ted and My Ferrari to take up the running at a decent tempo. FEEL THE STAG (3) had to work a touch too hard on debut from a wide gate at Te Rapa 3 weeks ago, finishing fourth after hitting the front early in the run home. He looked good at the trials before that, and he should be hard to hold out in this. AMAZING SON (1) has been runner-up in both of his starts to date. He is on a quick backup, and dropping back to 1200m should not be a problem. The blinkers are on, and he can go one better. RUBIROSA (9) was well found in the market when finishing third on debut at Riccarton 4 weeks ago. He will be better for the experience, and on his home track, he can improve enough to take this out. MY FERRARI (8) showed pace to lead fresh up at Woodville, and he fought hard after being attacked all the way to finish third. He has the pole position and will continue to improve with more racing. BRADY (4) did nothing on debut at Otaki, but looked good when winning a trial since then. Include in all combinations. SUGGESTED PLAY: Feel The Stag can win this. Include 1-4-8-9.
