WINTER COUNTRY CHAMPIONSHIP 1000 FINAL 1000m Track: GOOD Clear (Max: 18) |

---|---|---|---|---|
Strong early tempo with She's My World and Peace Of Mind leading the way. SHE'S MY WORLD (2) has good consistent form lines to her credit. She has won once and finished second twice from as many starts over this distance. The daughter of One World is the class horse in this race and she can return to winning form. BLUFF ON BLUFF (10) did not fire in the heavy going over this distance at Kenilworth last time. He has won twice, finished second four times and third once from ten starts over this course and distance. He has drawn the widest gate but gets the services of Richard Fourie who will give him all the necessary assistance needed from the saddle. WORLDLY (1) should have finished closer run would suggest last time as he was steadied at the 300m mark. He jumps from pole position and with luck in the running, he can upset. PEACE OF MIND (7) is better than her last start. It must be noted that the horse that finished second that day has come out and won since. If finding the form of her penultimate run, she should be competitive.
