Promising type with improvement to come so he shouldn't be a maiden for long. MISS MELISSA (1) was out of the money first up but has since been on the money on two consecutive occasions, the latest when third over 1500m here. Finds a nice assignment and this might be her day. WALL ROSE (4) is a three-start maiden who could only manage to finish fourth at his latest appearance over 1500m at this circuit. Can play a big role. SOL LUNA (2) finished midfield on debut last time out, safely held 10 lengths from the winner over 1000m at this venue. Likely improver who can feature in the finish.
