Kevin has good gate speed and likely to set a genuine tempo with the advantage of the inside draw. Strong race. PUFFIN (13) smashed the clock when leading throughout to score a slick 5 len win over 1000m at this track in 55.93 seconds. Clearly returned well and looks up to this stronger race from the sticky gate. ZOUFIELD (9) resumes and undefeated in his two first up runs. Raced without luck in town last time in and placed in a recent trial over 900m at Canberra. Top three contender. SUPER INFINITY (8) kept fresh for this after he sprouted wings first up to get the job done over 1080m at Canberra Acton. Kept up to the mark with a 1000m trial and drawn to play a leading role. MANOORA (12) big run in Highway grade two back, then sat on the speed for a gritty victory over 1200m at Mudgee. Worth including on the home track. SUGGESTED PLAY: Box Quinella 13,9,8,12.
