Bak De Ace has good early speed and can set a decent tempo. CHEVAL DE FOUDRE (1) was a late scratching after refusing to load into the barriers last week, and if he behaves himself today, then he is a big winning threat at this level. MALACHY (3) has been well placed to win his last 3 starts on the bounce over 2100m, and dropping back to 1650m on this testing course with its uphill run to the finish line, should be no problem. Stick with him. BUNDY (2) was unsuited to leading last time out, and folded up in the run home to finish seventh in the same race that the third pick won. With a more patient ride early on, he can bounce straight back into the money here. BOOMTOWN BOY (4) is worth including in all top 4 combos. SUGGESTED PLAY: Bundy each way.
