Solid tempo anticipated with Sass Appeal leading the way. CHANGING COLOURS (5) has been a revelation for the Yeomans yard, putting three wins on the bounce in fine style. Finished too well inside of horses last time with 59.5kg and now drops to 55kg with Shinn sticking. Don't love the draw but she can measure right up once more. TOO DARN DISCREET (2) was an excellent run fresh in the G2 Let's Elope, just shaded by an even better finish from the winner. Out to a mile is ideal although she'd love this to be at Flemington. SASS APPEAL (1) got away with one fresh then has been costly her past couple. She tried hard last time but does rise 4kg now and pays the penalty as a G2 winner. Still, she gets map favours over her dangers and that'll count for plenty around here. AFTER SUMMER (6) resumes. She placed in a pair of G1's last time in. 1600m fresh might be on the sharp side but she's a good mare. SEA WHAT I SEE (4) faded fresh in the Let's Elope but is better suited up in trip. SUGGESTED PLAY: Changing Colours to win.
