Twinkle Vita and Tsukiyono Negai possess good early speed. TWINKLE VITA (1) gets the nod after a sound debut second over 900m at Saga, where she led and was beaten two and a half lengths by Rinen Kalmia after being near the top of betting. The rise to 1300m is the obvious query, but she has upside off one start and draws to get every chance. TSUKIYONO NEGAI (5) is the proven form horse, placed at both runs here and already second at this distance, though being beaten six lengths as an odds-on favourite last start keeps the race open. HIRO SAKAE (4) improved sharply when third behind Davay Speedy, beaten two lengths despite being unwanted in the market, and has a genuine place-to-win profile if she repeats that. MOON OF THE GOROUS (6) also comes through the Timbre Tesoro race and has minor claims, but she was beaten a long way there and needs to close the gap on Tsukiyono Negai to trouble the top pair.
