EXCELLENT MAN (4) has the strongest rebound profile: he returns from five weeks off, had won from With Hope two starts back at Morioka Dirt, and his Mizusawa 1400m record gives him a solid base. KIRATTO (11) has not fired in two runs this campaign, but she is third-up, back in more suitable company, and her overall place strike-rate keeps her in the winning mix if she sharpens. SEI SEQUENCE (6) is the riskier selection after two heavy defeats, yet her two wins at this track and distance and light 52kg make her the value danger if she rediscovers her better form.
