A solid tempo on the cards with One More Drink taking charge.
SYRINX (10) just ran into one better at the Gold Coast on debut and will have derived a bunch of benefit from that race day experience. Hoop Peisley sticks in the irons and should be right there at the business end. SPIRIT OF TORQUE (9) has placed over this distance range and will strip fitter second-up from the break. Has the ability to play a major role in the finish. BOUND FOR MOSCOW (2) looks to be improving with racing and gets some weight relief with the 3kg claim. Top-three candidate. KAVA EXPRESS (6) was well in the betting when resuming and where there's smoke there's fire. Respect out of the Vandyke barn. VICTORIA (12) is facing the starter for the first time but won't need to be a superstar to be competitive against this lot. Keep very safe. SUGGESTED PLAY: Syrinx to go one better.
