LOVAZOU (1) comes back in grade having run well for second in the Bendigo Gold Bracelet behind the progressive Zloties last time out. A repeat of that effort goes a long way to winning this. JENNI'S MEADOW (3) resumes. She got over further last time in having last been seen starting $7.50 to beat star filly Treasurethe Moment in a G2 Wakeful Stakes over 2000m. Has to be respected on class. I AM VELVET (4) beat CHANGING COLOURS (13) at Sandown Lakeside. Both were first up and both have each way claims. SUGGESTED PLAY: Lovazou to win.
