Maori Magic gets the opportunity to lead. MAORI MAGIC (1) won the BM58 here before the placing in town in a BM64. He rates highly off those and is the one to beat controlling the race. SENTRY GATE (7) is still a Maiden but he rates well off the Bordertown placing. He races well here and draws handy. NORTHSET (3) won and then missed a nose in a strong form race (both at Port Lincoln) before a disappointing effort at Oakbank. Has had a month to freshen and looks a genuine hope with Tourneur in the saddle. SUGGESTED PLAY: Backing Maori Magic.
