Reasonable tempo with a few going forward, headed by Frost City. RHIZANTHELLA (5) appeals as the most reliable option after consecutive thirds at Sonoda, including a latest third behind Okyompi when beaten four and a half lengths despite being unwanted in the market. The maiden record keeps the price honest, but the recent trend is sound for this grade. SAKURA TOP ROL (10) is the clear danger after getting within half a length of Wonder Aument last start, and his three wins at the Sonoda 1400m give him the strongest proven track-and-distance profile among the main hopes. TATTA TARA RIRA (6) has been around the mark all preparation, narrowly beaten two starts ago before another placing behind Wonder Wac, though she still has to turn consistency into a win. FROST CITY (9) is harder to trust off two plain ninths, including one as favourite, but his broader record and past Sonoda 1400m success keep him in the mix if he can rebound sharply.

She also finished behind Tatta Tara Rira in that recent meeting. The 51kg helps and her place record is genuine enough, but the win case is harder to press. |

If he rediscovers his older form he can place, but trust is the issue. |
