OKAVANGO (8) made it back-to-back wins when successful last start over 1800m at this track, getting home by 1.4 lengths. Meets a stronger field but he is good enough to figure in the finish. FUTURE SWING (6) returns from a layoff of three-and-a-half months. Worth noting he filled a minor placing when returning from a spell last time in work over 1800m at Durbanville. Yet to win first up but generally runs well with two minor placings from four tries. Has found a suitable race. NATIVE RULER (9) finished fourth over 2000m in Group 1 class at Kenilworth at his most recent appearance on February 22. Comes here with definite top-three claims. SHOOT THE RAPIDS (1) has returned in good order this preparation. Opened with a second at this track two starts back then got the job done by a neck as favourite last time out over 2400m at Scottsville. Finds a suitable race and can repeat the dose.
