Some strong form lines collide here. LAST COMMAND (5) settled well back before making a sustained run to just arrive in time over 1500m at Kembla last start. Up in grade but strips fitter and will enjoy the extra 100m off a decent tempo. Ready to make this next step. YANKEE ONE (1) made it three wins from four runs this prep when he kicked clear then held on to score over 1400m at Randwick last time out. Getting up in the weights but won't spend a cent from the inside stall and should be in the finish again. ENGINE ROOM (4) has won two from two this prep, both at the midweeks over shorter distances. On trial at the mile but he is attacking the line with purpose so it looks the right move. ENTER THE DRAGON (2) built on his formidable record last start when he scraped home over 1500m at Hawkesbury. Freshened up and should be competitive again. The unbeaten HURSTVILLE ZAGREB (10) returns from a brief lay-off. Facing his stiffest test but impossible to knock. SUGGESTED PLAY: Last Command each-way in an above average BM72.
