Solid tempo likely with Hurricane Georgie, Litzdeel and Beautiful Jewel prominent. PELEVECCHIO (10) has been screaming for further. The late splits she's been clocking suggest the rise in trip will be right up her alley. Continues to improve with racing and looks primed to peak now. Neindorf for Stokes is proving a fruitful combination. Expect it to grow. CAVITY BAY (1) is a consistent type despite a modest strike rate. Caught the eye again last week when flashing home into fifth in the G1 SA Derby. Maps to settle much closer this time and the booking J Melham reads favourably. Clearly a big threat. LITZDEEL (5) comes through the LR VRC St Leger where a narrow second over 2800m stamped staying credentials. Rates highly and could prove tough to reel in if left to dictate. HURRICANE GEORGIE (2) made light work of Benchmark company last start at Cranbourne. Lightly-raced filly that shoulders plenty of upside, however she will need a very smart steer from out there. CHASE YOUR DREAMS (3) is a proven winner but this is obviously the testing material. SUGGESTED PLAY: Pelevecchio to win.
