Vide should lead but there are a few other speedy types who can keep him honest. PROMISED GENE (11) is a promising filly yet to miss the frame after three starts, including two wins. Is at the races for the first time since she finished second over 1600m at this track on February 23. Will drift back but wind up late and prove tough to beat. POULSEN (7) has been out of the placings in two runs since a break, the latest when fourth, beaten 2 lengths, over 1400m at Hanshin Dirt after he was in contention on the turn. First try at the trip but he strips fitter and will be tough to beat. BERGERONNETTE (10) is a progressive three-year-old colt who resumes from a break of 11 weeks, his last appearance being a win over 1400m at this track at his only run of that campaign. Should be involved in the finish. ARROW OF LIGHT (5) is progressing well this preparation, getting the job done by one length last time out over 1400m at Hanshin Dirt. Well placed to feature in the finish again.
