Immortal Lass to take charge ahead of Spoiler at a solid tempo. ANGELS CLOUD (7) has not missed a cheque this prep at Port Macquarie for new trainer Marc Quinn. He likes it wet and could have found the right race here. A good draw will make him the one to beat. IMMORTAL LASS (9) has shown plenty of pace in 2 starts in NSW after making the move from Victoria last year. She has had a trial since her last run nearly 6 weeks ago at Tamworth, and should give this field a shake. SPOILER (11) ran the odd good race last prep and will be a lot stronger this year. This field is only modest, and she can make her presence felt fresh up. STAINLESS STEEL (4) has been racing well and is expected to be right in the finish again. SUGGESTED PLAY: Angels Cloud to win.
