Plenty of pace from Precision Goal and Charming Steed matching motors ahead of Spangle Fortune. MEEPMEEP (11) won well over this course and distance last start as the favourite and now rises in trip as he drops in weight. Has gone to a new level since landing on the All Weather surface and the wide draw isn't that big of an issue. Can bring up back-to-back wins. G LINER (1) drops back in grade today and went very close to winning under similar circumstances 4 starts ago. Bowman hops back in the saddle, he has a good record at the track and trip and he's expected to bounce right back to form. FOREVER FOLKS (9) tends to get back in his races which is some niggle off the inside gate, but he's been finishing off strongly in recent efforts. Thompson remains in the saddle and if he can get the breaks in the straight, he'll go close. FASHION LEGEND (8) couldn't bring up back-to-back wins last start but has trialled well since. Can bounce back off the inside barrier.
