From the wide gate Shadow Strike can cross and lead a race without a great deal of pace on paper. LE SERMENT D'AMOUR (5) will strip fitter for this after running below expectations first-up at this track, finishing eighth and beaten 8 lengths over 1800m. Nicely placed to make amends. KORONIS (16) worked home well to grab second at big odds at her latest appearance at Hanshin Dirt over 1800m. Good signs last time and cannot be dismissed. BEL AIR FORCE (3) is a four-start maiden who could only manage to finish fifth at his latest appearance over 1800m at this track. Among the chances in what looks a nice race for him. SHADOW STRIKE (11) ran a better race when second up last start, finishing fourth and beaten 3.5 lengths at Hanshin Dirt. Should park just off the speed. Don't underestimate.
