Slick tempo with Little Hapi to lead but under plenty of pressure in a keen early contest. LITTLE HAPI (5) displayed plenty of early toe and kicked strongly to score over 1800m at Hanshin Dirt last time. Same winning combination here and should prove tough to beat despite going up a little in class. KURINO FIGARO (2) has been in the placings his past two starts, finishing third over 1800m at this track last time out. Hasn't broken through over this course and distance but has managed five minor placings. Will be hard to stop. DOBBIACO (9) scored a commanding win at Kokura Dirt over 1700m at his latest appearance on 26 January, the only time he faced the starter in that campaign. Should settle just off the speed despite the draw. Will be in this for a long way. AIR SAMSARA (10) was strongly fancied when resuming last start but was beaten 20 lengths into 12th over 1800m at this track. Unbeaten in two starts when second up. Likely improver.
