GOING: G(4)

SHANNON SIGN COMPANY Class 3 Handicap 1100m

Track: Good 4   Clouds (Max: 19)   Rail: +2m Entire. (Pent: 5.80)

In the small field Scribble or Pungo should find the front. THAT'S AN EXTRA (3) was a beaten favourite fresh up here just over 3 weeks ago when being held up at a vital stage early in the run home. She will be better for that hit-out and can make amends. Follow your money. PUNGO (1) ran a much better race for third at Ipswich last start and had won a trial before that. He has a good draw and should be right in the finish again. DISCERNING (4) ran on late last start after being dragged back in the middle stages by a weakening rival. The blinkers come off, and she is good enough to figure in the top 3 this time. VOCALS (8) will be peaking third up. Don't risk her at some value. SCRIBBLE (9) is worth another chance second up, especially with the advantage of the pole position. SUGGESTED PLAY: That's An Extra to win.
