Has started two times at this course and distance and is yet to miss the placings. Strong record with Manato Hida in the irons, including a win. Should be hard to stop. POPPING BERRY (1) turned in a nice effort to score two runs ago but couldn't follow that up last time out when eighth over 1400m at this track. Yet to miss the frame in three starts over this course and distance so expect a better run this time. ZENKAI WORLD (9) was thereabouts last time out when second at this track over 1300m. Cherry-ripe now. Has a wide gate to overcome but will still be competitive. NAMURA SIBELLA (6) has switched yards since finishing 14th four weeks ago over 1200m at Fukushima. Worth consideration here.
