Aysgarth, Montgomery Bay and Mrs Archibald to battle for the lead at a strong tempo. LAKE FOREST (3) resumes and looks well placed to kick off strongly again, fitter for a pair of sharp jump-outs in readiness. He has shown good ability in his limited outings and can return with a bang. He has the measure of these on ratings and profile. Biggest unknown is AYSGARTH (2) who is a lightly raced UK import who resumes a gelding after nearly a year on the sidelines. Now under the care of the Freedman team, he's worked well in his lead-up work. Improvement is expected this prep, and he’s worth monitoring in the market. ROUSSILLON (4) makes his stable debut and looks best of the rest but think the top couple of chances hold all the aces. SUGGESTED PLAY: Lake Forest to win.
