A strong gallop is likely with Glorious Aspen and Sun Moon taking up the running, closely attended by Rhodopis and Ema Rion Lei. EVERGREEN (10) was having his first run on dirt last start over this course and distance and got the job done, scoring by 2 lengths. In winning form and sure to be prominent again. LOVECA MAKFI (12) has missed the frame at her last couple of outings, the latest when a disappointing 13th over 1200m at Hakodate. Will appreciate this easier company and is worth another chance. EMA RION LEI (7) has been in the betting recently but hasn't managed to live up to market expectations. Most recently finished seventh over 1700m at Morioka, beaten 11 lengths. Can play a big role in the outcome. RHODOPIS (5) has been in the placings at her last two starts, finishing third last time over 1200m at this track. Well placed and will be thereabouts again.
