A race that lacks early pressure on paper. FEUDING (6) has been knocking on the door and looks ready to strike. He was solid through the line last start when finishing third here, and this shapes as another winnable assignment with conditions to suit. STRIKE NOW (12) impressed last time over 2132m, getting well back before unleashing a strong late surge to finish third. He’s clearly racing well and, while he’ll likely drift back again, his closing speed makes him a genuine threat. IT’S A LANCE (10) turned in a bold effort fresh when giving a bold sight off a long break here two weeks ago, defying his big odds to only miss narrowly. Strips fitter now and can't be underestimated. HIGH PRESSURE (4) is a course specialist. The rise in trip at this point of the prep looks the right call. Watch for him running on late. DANCING JACK (8) doesn't boast a great resume but has been knocking on the door. Could add some juice to exotics. SUGGESTED PLAY: Going with Feuding.
