Genuine tempo with Next Spring leading the way. TSUKAI MIKKI (8) is building towards her maiden success, the latest effort a solid second over 1200m at this track, beaten 5 lengths after being in contention on the bend. Suitably placed so anticipating another big run. NEXT SPRING (4) raced once in the maiden preparation when fifth at Mizusawa over 850m back on June 8. Better for the run and can improve sharply. LUSSO QUEEN (10) didn't do a lot on debut two months ago, finishing 10 lengths from the winner in sixth over 1000m at Monbetsu. Plenty of scope for improvement. One of the main contenders. MIDAS TOUCH (5) turned in a moderate debut over 1000m at this track on August 3 when she was safely held in fifth but has plenty of scope for improvement. Can improve.
