Moderate tempo headed by Don't Give Up. MISS DE LUNE (4) peaks and is busting to win again. Keeps the top hoop, and she draws inside today and will ride the speed again. Tough to beat. DON'T GIVE UP (1) resumed this trip off a go in the Tasmanian Derby and looked a run short. He may be looking for a touch longer now, but is too good to take lightly. SWANNY DEE (2) is over from Victoria for the Lindsey Smith barn and went close in a CL1 here off a freshen. He has more up his sleeve and can feature with average luck in running. NAVARRE RIVER (3) was plain second-up on the heavy track but resumed in good order and is in well with the 3kg claim. He'll enjoy the longer sprint and is in the mix. SISTER ROYAL (5) maps well and can build on the comfortable Maiden win. SUGGESTED PLAY: Backing Miss De Lune.
