She was close up at Sale, enjoying little luck at the end. He has an awkward gate, but the blinkers go on for the first time. She's on a quick back-up and seems sure to feature. AMERICAN GAS (1) has placed 3/4 and resumes over the mile. He missed a whisker at Caulfield Heath when last seen over 1800m, and that's good form. The betting will be key off the break. If forward enough to give a full account then the selection will have plenty of work to do. MORISU OJO (13) is a likely improver from the Maher camp. Has the inside gate and Linda aboard.
