LORD PLAISIR (7) missed the placings in a maiden steeplechase (2970m) at Hanshin two back then did a better job to finish second in a maiden steeplechase (2860m) at Kokura last time out. Prospects look very bright. SALAPHIEL (5) followed up a poor run two starts back with a second in a maiden steeplechase (2750m) at Fukushima last start. Well placed and looks one of the better chances. AMERICAN PEACE (1) resumed after a spell last start with a modest fourth in a maiden steeplechase (2850m) at Niigata. Expecting plenty of improvement. MIRACLE ZINNIA (8) was unplaced first-up two starts back in a maiden steeplechase (2860m) at Kokura. Improved and finished third last start, beaten 10 lengths, in a steeplechase (3300m) at this track. Not to be taken lightly.
