Strong tempo primarily from Valentina Balducci, Can't Catch Me and Cape Saffron over Heavenly Good and Great Notion. CAPE SAFFRON (4) finished in the money first up at Turffontein Standside then could only manage fifth last time out over 1400m at Vaal. Fitter and has each-way claims. GREAT NOTION (1) stayed on well when fifth over 1400m on the Standside course last time. She is back against her own sex and with a bit of luck in the running should be finishing in the money. HEAVENLY GOOD (9) was a most impressive winner last time out over 1400m at Turffontein Standside. Drops significantly in the weights this time. Should be poised just off the lead and should figure in the finish. VALENTINA BALDUCCI (8) scored on debut over 1160m at Turffontein Standside. K A Brewer stays aboard. Gets a little weight relief. Likely to push forward and race on the pace and is worth considering.
