GOING: G(3)

DOON DOON ROADHOUSE HANDICAP 1350m

Track: FIRM 2     Rail: True.

Starton or Lady Magnet to lead the small field. STARTON (2) has performed OK in some of his recent outings. Getting out in distance is probably more his go. This is probably a slightly easier task than some of those latter efforts. THE STIFMEISTER (4) has started to come good. He will be backing up today and has won here previously. Won't take much to improve again for this. CHEDDAR BOB (1) continually drops in journey. Could they change the tactics and roll forward here. BOOM SMASH OPERA (5) went his best race in some time three weeks ago. Could be getting better. LADY MAGNET (3) has been beaten a long way most of the time bar the maiden win. SUGGESTED PLAY: Very even race. Maybe Starton is the one.
