Small field in which Khant Fail can find the front comfortably at a moderate tempo. KHANT FAIL (8) has put together back-to-back placings, the latest a determined third here over 1500m after racing on speed throughout. Draw makes things a touch awkward, but looks to carry an edge on these and goes in as the top selection. BIANCO NERO (3) got back from a wide gate at Taree last start and hit the line hard into fourth. With a kinder draw here she should settle closer and looks the biggest threat to the top pick ahead of STAND IN LINE (2) who is open to further improvement third-up. Could sneak into the frame this time as he turns up fitter having been quickly up to this trip at latest. SUGGESTED PLAY: Khant Fail to win.
