GOING: H(10)

THE AGENCY REAL ESTATE PREMIER'S CUP 2000m

Track: Heavy 10   Rain (Max: 17)   Rail: True. (Pent: 6.26)

In a small field either Hasty Honey or Nellie Leylax will find the front. SALTCOATS (2) jumped in trip when ploughing through the heavy going for a well-deserved victory over 1800m at Randwick Kensington. Zac Lloyd sticks and has further improvement to come in this stronger test. NELLIE LEYLAX (7) comes here in peak condition after controlling the race early at Moonee Valley, before being nailed late by Relentless Voyager over 2040m. Proven in the going and will take running down. BELVEDERE BOYS (6) kept fresh after running a disappointing eleventh in the LR Grafton Cup on July 17. Fitted with a searching 1200m trial at Deagon and has excellent figures over this course and trip. No surprise to see him return to form. GOOD BANTER (10) looks the pick of the rest with two wins over this trip and on heavy going. HASTY HONEY (9) progressive mare held in high regard by the stable. Will appreciate the drop in weight from the better gate after being nailed late when second over 1800m at Randwick Kensington. Will hold a forward position and figure prominently. SUGGESTED PLAY: Saltcoats can keep the winning momentum going.
